Miao Miao Miao Miao is a cat cafe and cattery in the university district on Xueyuan Road in Harbin, about 60 metres from the Huangcheng cinema. It opened in 2019. The cats include Ragdolls, Maine Coons and British Shorthairs, and a drink order comes with poached chicken breast to feed them. Because it is also a cattery, kittens are sold. The menu includes American coffee and fried snacks.

It has been open since 2016. Cats of many breeds greet visitors at the door and are well groomed and calm. The menu includes coffee, snack platters and ice cream, and the room is quiet around midday.
