It shares its premises with Cat Elis, a business offering services just for cats. The resident cats come from the Miados do Bem rescue project run on site and are available for responsible adoption. The cats have their own room, separate from the cafe tables, and visitors pay a per-person fee to go in. The menu has coffee, shakes, crêpes, bruschettas and other snacks, with vegan options. The cafe runs themed activities through the year, posted as a monthly programme on its social media. It is open Monday to Saturday in the afternoon and closed on Sundays.

Rescued cats live in a lounge next to the cafe while they wait for new homes, and visitors buy entry to the lounge in 15-minute sessions. Adoption starts with an online application form, and a separate form lets people offer cats to the cafe. The menu has espresso drinks with cat-face latte art, cappuccinos, hot chocolate, cakes and savoury snacks. The cafe can also be booked for private events. It is closed on Mondays and opens earlier on Saturdays and Sundays.
