Zamurchatelnoye Mesto

Zamurchatelnoye Mesto is Magnitogorsk's first cat cafe, opened in September 2025 in a semi-basement at Ulitsa Stroiteley 48, near the First Tent monument and the Ploshchad Sverdlova stop. About fifteen adult cats live here, rescued from the street or taken in from owners who could no longer keep them; they previously lived at the owner's flower studio and are resident cats rather than shelter cats waiting for adoption. Entry covers the first hour, with lower prices for children and a charge for every further half hour, and includes unlimited tea, instant coffee, biscuits and Wi-Fi. Guests can stroke and play with the cats and play board games, but are asked not to grab sleeping cats or make loud noise. The cafe is open daily.
