Opened in 2026, it is a large indoor room furnished for cats, where visitors spend time with adoptable rescue cats and kittens placed by local groups such as Chico's Neighborhood Cat Advocates, as well as cats rescued by the lounge itself. Admission is a suggested donation, lower for children, and includes tea, instant coffee, hot chocolate and water.
