Me katt' cafe NU is the original branch of Me katt' cafe, near Naresuan University in Tha Pho, Phitsanulok, in the Saeng Phrom Land project by the university's rear gates; its pages call it the first cat cafe in Phitsanulok, and it has been open since at least 2015. The small, well-decorated room has a little bridge for the cats, and many cats live here with trimmed claws, among them Darcy, an American Curl who follows customers around, and Volvo, who greets people at their tables. There is no entry fee: each guest orders a drink, at somewhat higher prices than an ordinary cafe, and the menu also has honey toast and Korean fried chicken. It is open every day from 10 AM to 6 PM. The second branch is in town on Siharat Decho Chai Road.
