Entry to the petting area is charged by the hour (RM25 per hour in 2024), and only simple drinks are available, so come for the cats rather than the food. The petting area has been open only on certain days in the past, so contact the shop before visiting. Ventilation upstairs can be stuffy on busy days, and members get a discount.
