About 18 pedigree cats live there, including Ragdolls, Siberians, Maine Coons, Scottish Folds, British and American Shorthairs and Norwegian Forest Cats, plus a Munchkin, a Persian and a Russian Blue. Admission covers the first 60 minutes and includes the drink bar: 110,000 VND on weekdays and 125,000 VND on weekends and holidays, with each extra 10 minutes costing 15,000 VND, up to a maximum of 220,000 VND (250,000 VND on weekends and holidays). Cat treats cost 50,000 VND, and the cats are fed at 11 AM and 8:30 PM. No reservation is needed; children are admitted from age 2, and under-7s must come with a parent or guardian. Outside food is not allowed, though drinks may be brought in, and flash photography, chasing the cats or forcing contact are forbidden. It opens from 10 AM, or 9 AM on weekends and holidays, until 10 PM, with last entry at 9:30 PM.

Cats ⁠‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​⁠Crazy Cafe is a cat cafe at 47 Lê Văn Hưu in Phú Xuân, Hue, in the Thuận Thành area inside the old Citadel walls. It keeps one of the larger groups of cats in the city: a visitor in July 2026 counted more than a dozen cats in the main cat room and about ten more in a smaller room, many of them rescues whose names and stories the owner is happy to share. Guests order drinks at the counter, and going into the cat room carries a surcharge of 30,000 VND per person on top of the drink (2026). The menu covers coffee, matcha and butterfly pea flower lemonade along with simple food, at prices reviewers call cheap. The cats are affectionate and especially attentive when pâté treats come out. It opens daily from 6:30 am to 10 pm.
